Sitting, stiff, in an old fold-up chair Trapped inside this cold, stale room Swollen eyes and dried, clumped mascara; That's all which remains of the girl before I was killed last night Not even so silently in my sleep The icy hands of death..they stripped me of my very soul Despite the life or unfinished works that called for me Death is a respecter of no persons A brutal murder This heart, so weary, so weak This heart, who knew what would become Was poisoned..was intoxicated Injected with lies of deceit and of trickery Pumped with cruel intentions He was right of these "careless hands that knew not what love is" Stained scar

And so they say this is the way out Or is it another way in? Dear Diary, I fell into the ocean. There was so much to be seen. But silly, silly me- I had broken my goggles before, Convinced I would never need to swim again. So I couldn't see a thing. Is gluttony a new flaw of mine? Dinner from last night is still holding me over, so I am looking at the menu with A full stomach.

They're pretty The memories I reminisce But what lies beneath such a mere thought? Serene voice Whispers to me that I cannot cry Because I'm "too beautiful." It's only a voice. What is this beauty? The colors with which we paint our faces? The clever lexis? The melody of our last work? Please inform me so I can be Beautiful. What is the secret? Enlighten me. Insincerity is sometimes difficult to detect But what's tough is Convincing yourself That you are worth something Anything Without an audible endorsement. A voice without a heart behind it. Artificial passion... We eventually grow desperate enough to accept it O
